Proximity to international train station, near restaurants and the shower was extremely clean

Was a lovely base for trip. Incredible location and the food was alright! Very competent bar staff. We got classic twin room and greatly enjoyed it.

Fresh Hotel
The chairs in the restaurant are sometimes too low to sit properly at the table (I am about 186cm tall). Despite repeated requests, no menu/beverage card was brought. 2nd day coffee beans in the machine were absent, no coffee specialties to get?!??

Very friendly staff (without exception), very appealing lobby. Good location about 5 min from Kings Cross or Euton Underground stations. Great breakfast, very large selection, pleasant atmosphere. We paid 750€ for 4 nights, which was very reasonable for London. However, the "normal" list prices are too high.

Layout and styling in the lobby area
The music in the lobby area is too loud and the kind of music is just annoying. In the restaurant one has to sit in the back to find some rest.

Great facilities & location. The front desk staff were exceptionally effective and very customer service orientated. I requested a bedroom on a higher floor and they accommodated this without a problem. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. An excellent stay & I would highly recommend this hotel.
The room prices are too high for a regular business stay .
